Online Autism Seminars by an Autistic Peer-Support Coach

I host live, virtual, interactive seminars grounded in autistic experience, advocacy, and real neuro-affirming education.

I host separate workshops for autistic adults and allies & families of autistic adults.

Navigating Autistic Relationships - Virtual on Zoom - Coming in 2027

You're not bad at relationships. You've just been measured your whole life against a script that was never written for you. In this two-hour session, we'll unpack what connection, love and care actually look like when you take the neurotypical rulebook out of the equation - from autistic ways of showing you care, to why unmasking with the people closest to you is often harder than unmasking with a stranger, to what actually makes a relationship feel safe.

We'll get practical too: how to build friendships and relationships on your own terms rather than by proximity or obligation, how to name your needs and boundaries without guilt, and how to tell the difference between healthy conflict and something that needs to change.

Come with your questions - there's plenty of room for them. You'll leave with language for what you already know in your body, and a few tools you can use in your very next hard conversation.

The seminar will feature a live interactive presentation followed by a Q&A. It will take place over 2 hours.
