The Autistic Peer-Support Coach Training Program

Training begins May 2026 — Applications now open

You’ve lived the autistic experience from the inside.

You’ve learned to navigate systems that were never built for you.

Now you’re ready to turn that lived knowledge into something transformative — for yourself, and for others.

The Autistic Peer-Support Coaching Program (APSCP)’s third cohort will give you the framework, community, and tools to do exactly that.

It’s a year-long training designed by and for autistic humans who want to lead, teach, and care differently.

Graduates join the Autistic Peer Support Coaching Collective — an internatiinal network of autistic peer-support coaches and educators reshaping what authentic, sustainable support looks like in the world.

Why This Program Exists

Autistic coaching isn’t about “fixing” people.

It’s about learning to live — and help others live — without apology.

This program teaches how to create spaces where autistic humans can drop the mask, regulate safely, and build lives that actually fit them.

We explore not just what to do as a coach, but how to be in relationship: attuned, ethical, and deeply human.

What You’ll Learn

Over twelve months, we’ll move through the full landscape of autistic peer support — combining theory, reflection, practice, and community.

You’ll learn to:

  • Work skillfully with autistic burnout, inertia, and dysregulation.

  • Understand sensory and emotional processing through alexithymia and interoception.

  • Support clients in unmasking safely and sustainably.

  • Build neuro-affirming communities and peer-support spaces.

  • Develop strong boundaries that honor both self and client.

  • Create and maintain an ethical, thriving practice as an autistic professional.

We will connect knowledge to lived experience — grounding peer-support coaching in empathy, embodiment, and care.

The Pedagogical Framework

The APSCP is rooted in a pedagogy of autistic liberation.

We don’t teach performance — we teach presence.

We don’t teach compliance — we teach capacity.

You’ll learn to listen to your nervous system, respond rather than react, and model that same compassion for others.

Every participant becomes both learner and teacher — contributing their experience to a collective body of wisdom.

This is not about hierarchy or fixing people. It’s a community of practice.

A Movement for Autistic Liberation

This program is part of something larger — a collective effort to rebuild systems of care, learning, and support around autistic truth.

We learn that unmasking isn’t a performance; it’s a process of returning to ourselves.

Boundaries aren’t walls — they’re the conditions that make authentic connection possible.

Regulation isn’t a measure of success — it’s a relationship with our bodies, our energy, and our communities.

Every coach who completes this training becomes part of a growing movement — building a world where autistic humans can live, work, and connect without having to contort themselves to survive.
