Newly Identified Autistics -
You don’t need to “learn to cope.” You need to learn who you are.
For autistic adults—diagnosed or self-identified—ready to understand their wiring, unmask, and finally build a life that fits.
Are you wondering if you might be autistic?
Have you recently realised that you are—and now everything makes sense, but also feels overwhelming?
You’ve spent years hiding parts of yourself just to get by.
Now you’re trying to understand what it means to stop performing and start existing.
This workshop is for you.
It’s a 5-week autistic-led peer-support coaching group—an affirming space to explore, connect, and start building a life that feels true.
No pressure. No pretending. No performance.
Just learning, reflection, and real conversation.
What You’ll Get
Weekly live sessions on Zoom, led by me—an autistic educator and peer-support coach.
Daily group chat for connection and reflection between sessions.
A safe space to share your story and be heard—without needing to mask.
Practical tools for navigating diagnosis, self-identification, and daily life as an autistic human.
Community—others who are on the same path and finally “get it.”
Participate however you need to. Speak, listen, or simply be present.
There’s no wrong way to belong here.
What Past Participants Say
-
Mati is a kindhearted, skilled facilitator, makes the space welcoming, sets clear boundaries, and is passionately committed to his work and to his clients. He is sensitive to acknowledging the risks we take when revealing ourselves, to our vulnerabilities both known and undiscovered, and to intersectionality and the understanding that we aren't all having the same experience or facing the same power dynamics.

-
I grew, and was challenged, during our time together and left with more self-understanding and patience for my needs. I am so grateful to Mati for spaces like these and would recommend attending if you are a burned-out woman like me who is looking to understand her neurodivergence, her needs, and live life with a bit more love and patience for herself.
Samuela, Leiden
-
Life-changing. Mati is very good at what he does – I was right at the start of my understanding of my neurodivergence when I took the course and the learning was intense and immediately practical, the lessons I learned improving my life tangibly within weeks. He is also honest, accepting, fiercely positive and kind – and seems to attract some exceptional people to his groups, who are also a privilege to learn with and from.
Caro, Cambridge
My Approach
I’m autistic and disabled.
I know what it means to perform normality just to survive—and the exhaustion that comes with it.
My work is rooted in autistic liberation:
Unmasking as a sacred act of returning to yourself.
Boundaries as compassion in practice.
Regulation as self-respect.
Community as co-regulation.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you finally understand yourself—and giving you the tools to live in alignment with who you are.
Why Now?
If you’re newly identified, you’re probably reading everything you can find—trying to piece yourself together.
That’s normal. But it’s also lonely.
You don’t have to do it alone.
This workshop gives you language, structure, and community—all in one place.
Spots are limited to keep the group small and personal.
If you’re here reading this, that probably means it’s time.
You’ve already done the hardest part—recognising yourself.
Now it’s time to live as who you are.
Financial Accessibility
All of my workshops run on a Pay-As-You-Can and Solidarity basis.
Autistic people face some of the highest rates of underemployment and financial exclusion. I will never turn anyone away for lack of funds.
The suggested contribution for this 5-week workshop is €300 (about $310).
If you can pay that amount, please do—it helps sustain this work and keeps these spaces possible for others.
If that’s not accessible right now, you’re still welcome. Use any of these discount codes that best fit your financial status when registering:
ESER-ESER – 10% off
REVA-REVA – 25% off

If none of these options fit for you, simply reach out through the contact form—we’ll find a way that works.
Payment can be made by card (Square or PayPal).
These groups require your time, energy, and trust. I honour that commitment—and I ask that you honour mine in return.
